Learning Center Help Page
The new US Soccer Learning Center is a learning management system and registration database designed to house all US Soccer educational programs for referees. Sign up for a free account, create a Profile, and then take part in online courses, browse for in-person courses in your area, and track your US Soccer licenses and other certifications.
If you are already a referee, all your important information will be in your Profile, i.e., 16-digit USSF ID number, e-Mail address, phone number, personal photo, receipts for payments made, licenses held, and registration history.
IMPORTANT: Referees will now use the Learning Center for annual Recertification & Registration.
User Guides for navigating the Learning Center and answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) about the Learning Center and 2020 Registration are provided below.
US Soccer has provided the following User Guides for creating a Profile, initiating a Background Check, taking and managing Courses, and for generating Reports.
Learning Center Signup
Provides the Learning Center URL and step-by-step instructions for how to create a Profile. When done, all your License information imported from the SalesForce (RefLink) database should be listed.
If not, e-Mail US Soccer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Initiating a Background Screen
For those who are age 18 and older, provides instructions for how to initiate a National Center for Safety Initiatives (NCSI) Background Check from your Learning Center Profile. The cost is $30 and is good for 2 years. You pay online with a credit card. Determinations take between 7-10 days.
NOTE: Even if you are a coach who has had a background check, you must still have the NCSI Background Check performed.
